About My Ayurvedic Healing Retreats
In 2011, I opened Hamsa Ayurveda & Yoga in Chicago. We focused on creating customized 3-day retreats for men and women with work and relationship burnout, digestive issues, and autoimmune conditions. Our programs emphasize emotional healing because of its profound effect on the physical body.
Working closely with hundreds of men and women, I observed the intersection of our beliefs, feelings, physical body, and the manifestation of the relationships in our lives. I found that regardless of whatever issue a person came to me with, the root began in the mind and emotions.
During the pandemic, I reflected on my path and decided to close Hamsa and focus 100% on relationships and emotional healing.
If you've previously experienced a retreat with me, don't be sad! I don't want to reveal the secret too soon — but annual retreats are in the midst. They will be warm, beautiful, mystic, and very ayurvedic, focusing on healing from toxic relationships.
Ayurveda is profound. It is the only healing modality that gives practical lifestyle guidance while emphasizing the psychological significance of life purpose and healthy relationships.
